I am currently a Licensed Master Social Worker in Idaho. I am working under the supervision of John Szudera to obtain the next level of licensure.
Theoretical Orientation & Approach
I strive to view my clients through a systems lens in the therapeutic process, recognizing the power of families as a cohesive unit with inherent strengths to be nurtured and harnessed. I work to empower my clients to explore their innate abilities and navigate challenges with resilience, fostering growth and harmony.
I believe each of us comes with a unique perspective and background, and you can expect a holistic and person-centered approach. Each therapy journey will be uniquely tailored to suit individual needs, considering the diversity and complexity of each family's background and experiences. I look forward to creating a therapeutic alliance built on trust and collaboration, providing the foundation for lasting and transformative change. I am trained in Attachment-based therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems, Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Trauma Focused therapy.
I have experience working with anxiety, depression, family conflict, LGBTQIA+, neurodiversity (ADHD, autism), and women's issues.
